  • Smartvatten and EG initiate Nordic collaboration. The partnership between the two companies will enable EG's customers to optimise water usage and reduce costs in their real estate investments. Learn more.

  • Resights and Propbinder in new collaboration to ensure the automatic exchange of property data directly in Propbinder's platform through Resights' API. Learn more.

  • Real estate developer Home.Earth partners with LifeX to operate its portfolio of units through the company’s proprietary property management software: Felix. Learn more.

  • Newsec manages more than 900 associations, across co-operative and owner associations, and has partnered with Waitly to manage their waiting lists and streamline administration. Learn more.

We gained new insights from the Danish PropTech Report 2024

Green transition tipping point

  • The green transition has emerged as the primary concern for over half of the respondents, and as the stand out challenge - driven by both proactive demand and regulatory requirements.

    An opportunity with this is to make a concrete plan for how to use data strategically than can work for both people and planet.

Lack of strategy and skill

  • The number of organisations reporting they have a digital strategy grows steadily, yet in our projection it’ll take until 2031 before we get close to 100%. This will make it hard for the industry to adapt to the needs of the 21st century, let alone stay competitive, or indeed compliant, in 2024.

  • 2022 was a record year for Venture Capital investments into PropTech. 2023 was a quieter year, and also a year where the leading VCs doubled down on investments in startups that can help derisk on energy, efficiency - and more broadly on ESG.
