Pricing
Our Investor Corner offers reduced prices on desks in BLOXHUB for angels, venture capitalists, and corporate venture professionals with an interest in proptech.
It is required to be a BLOXHUB and PropTech Denmark member to be a PropTech LAB tenant.
PropTech Investor Corner Pricing
Prices depend on the number of seats you need. On top of this, there are annual membership fees for PropTech Denmark and BLOXHUB.
Seating price without memberships
– Fixed seat: DKK 4.610,- per month, per seat
+ optional virtual address at BLOXHUB DKK 250 ex VAT per month per company
PropTech Denmark membership (required)
To rent a seat in the Investor Corner, your fund needs to be a member of PropTech Denmark. The membership fee is paid once a year. It is a fixed fee that depends on your fund’s size (see price tiers below).

BLOXHUB membership (required)
To purchase seats in the Investor Corner, your fund also needs to be a member of BLOXHUB (50% discount). The membership fee is paid once a year. It is a fixed fee that depends on the total number of employees in your fund.

– Two dedicated seat: DKK 4,610 per seat per month
