Exploring how data and technology can help us make real estate better

By a dedicated group of actors and decisions-makers changing the industry

 

PropTech Denmark and ATP Ejendomme have taken the initiative for this network and knowledge exchange forum targeted at real estate investors and administrators. The Forum aims to increase the exchange of knowledge and experience among key players within the real estate industry on how you as a real estate investors or administrator can handle the collection, processing, and use of building- and property data in practice.

 

The Participants

The forum is targeted at investors and property administrators and is aimed at people who are closely involved in the company's work with building- and property data and have a proven level of decision-making capacity.

This forum is open to both proptech providers & core real estate under the following conditions:

  • You must be the most data-savvy person in your company or organisation

  • There is one spot available per proptech provider

  • This forum is exclusively for data experts to learn and develop together; it is not a platform for sales.

The Programme

The group meet 3 times a year diving into a programme curated by a specially selected steering committee.

How do you get better control of your building- and property data? How do you go from raw data to insights? What new digital solutions are available on the market? What are the experiences with different types of solutions? How do you integrate proptech and consolidate data? These are simply examples of some of the issues and themes that will be addressed.
