International profiles at the PropTech Symposium 2024

International profiles are the first names revealed to speak at this year's biggest event in Innovation and Technology in Real Estate. Join the PropTech Symposium 2024 on May 13th in Langelinie Pavillonen, Copenhagen, with this year’s overarching theme of derisking real estate through data and innovation.

Prepare to gain insights from thought leaders and top decision-makers within tech and innovation in real estate when this year’s PropTech Symposium 2024 invites the industry for insightful and possible thought-provoking keynotes, exciting debates, and of course tons of networking opportunities.

Ticket sales are well underway this year, with more than 200 participating real estate- and proptech companies across 17 nationalities attending last year’s succesful symposium.

Among the first names revealed is keynote Budha Bhattacharya, Head of Systematic Research at Lombard Odier. Dating back to 1796 the B Corp certified Swiss private bank employs quantifiable datadriven innovation in their business model. Another prominent keynote is Héléne Chartier, leader of the Sustainable Urban Planning and Architecture program at C40, working towards sustainable transition at the scale of cities with a science based, collaborative approach. Nikki Greenberg, a world-leading futurist and innovation strategist, presents her expert insights in a keynote focussed on preparing organizations for a tech-enabled future. Also, profiles such as Sebastian Peck, partner at Kompas VC, and Carine Blyverket, VP at Entra ASA, will be speaking.

”The time has come to shift the view of innovation from being a risk factor and instead embracing it as an indispensable part of a sustainable business model. Consciously utilizing data and innovation has already become a means to derisk and future proof real estate. Being part of the green transition will become key to avoiding stranded assets. There are already tech solutions on the market that can help gather quantifiable and qualitative data, and with that follows a range of lucrative business opportunities. Those who are not already thinking about derisking through data are, to put it boldly, already behind. We look forward to diving into these insights and opportunities with you and the brightest minds of the industry.” - states Stine Grønnegaard, Communications Lead at PropTech Denmark.
