In government roles included Senior Civil Service roles in data trams and Head of the National Data Strategy.
In the non-profit sector, Gaia specialised in data strategy and participatory approaches to research, innovation and policy.

Lars Thylander is the Executive Chairman of Thylander Gruppen.
With decades of experience in the real estate industry, Lars has built a reputation for his strategic vision and innovative approach to property development and investment.

Bjarke Mikkelsen is Managing Partner at Thylander
Bjarke started his career in Maersk, then worked his way to VP at Goldman Sachs before making the jump tech entrepreneur in 2015.
In 2018 he sold his business to Alibaba and moved to Singapore to scale the platform to 50 million active users.
In 2024 he bought into Thylander and stepped as Managing Partner & CEO. His ambition is to build the next generation real estate business with innovation as a value driver - creating positive economic, social and environmental outcomes.

Mads Flinterup is Head of Climate and Biodiversity at Hedeselskabet
I have a educational background in forestry and naturressource management. Graduated back in 2002. The first part of my career I worked with wildlife and naturemanagement.
Since august 2021 I have been working for Hedeselskabet as head of climate and biodiversity.
My main taskes has been to make our own footprint accounting, develop strategies to mitigate our impacts and make our findings accessible to the marked.

Alexander Rydfjord is CPO & CO-founder at Sunday Power AS.
Tech, media, UX-design, management consulting, renewables and nuclear.
Alexander has a rare mix of experiences and is all about solving meaningful problems.
Current focus is turning brown real estate portfolios into green and more attractive assets with local energy production.
