Bjarke Mikkelsen is Managing Partner at Thylander.
Bjarke started his career in Maersk, then worked his way to VP at Goldman Sachs before making the jump tech entrepreneur in 2015.
In 2018 he sold his business to Alibaba and moved to Singapore to scale the platform to 50 million active users.
In 2024 he bought into Thylander and stepped as Managing Partner & CEO. His ambition is to build the next generation real estate business with innovation as a value driver - creating positive economic, social and environmental outcomes.

Ashkan Ahmadinia is CEO at Cobblestone.
Experienced leader with nearly 20 years of experience in the real estate industry.
Skilled in working with both Danish and international B2B and B2C clients, ranging from small association customers to large pension funds.
Operates at a strategic and tactical level, following many years of hands-on operational experience.
Empathetic, trustworthy, and authentic, with an optimistic mindset.

Zander Geronimos is Global Head of Business Development at PRODA.
PRODA is the leading platform for automating critical property data for investors and lenders and trusted by Blackstone, PIMCO and 100+ others.
He leads relationships with key players across the real estate value chain.
Prior to joining PRODA, Zander was Metaprop’s Head of Strategic Partnerships and Business Development.
His background is in real estate data, venture capital, and solutions engineering.

Mads Flinterup is Head of Climate and Biodiversity at Hedeselskabet.
I have a educational background in forestry and naturressource management. Graduated back in 2002. The first part of my career I worked with wildlife and naturemanagement.
Since august 2021 I have been working for Hedeselskabet as head of climate and biodiversity.
My main taskes has been to make our own footprint accounting, develop strategies to mitigate our impacts and make our findings accessible to the marked.

Filip Elland is Chief Sustainability Officer at Castellum.
Responsible for integrating sustainability across the company’s operations and strategy.
He chairs EPRA’s Sustainability Committee and Sweden Green Building Council’s Strategic Advisory Board, contributing to the development of industry reporting standards.
With extensive experience in climate action, circularity, and sustainable finance, he is a recognized recognized speaker and thought leader.

Sebastian Peck is Partner of KOMPAS VC.
KOMPAS VC is an early-stage VC firm backing technology solutions that accelerate innovation in the manufacturing industry and built environment.
He previously worked at BCG and UBS Investment Bank and co-founded Digital Science. Later, he served as Managing Director at InMotion Ventures, leading investments in companies like Lyft, Circulor, and Ascend Elements.

Antony is a globally recognised speaker, advisor, and writer at the forefront of real estate’s evolution. A serial entrepreneur with multiple successful Proptech ventures behind him, he now explores how AI and technology are reshaping real estate and cities to serve the future of work, rest, and play. He writes an influential blog and newsletter at antonyslumbers.com and teaches the popular online course ‘Generative AI for Real Estate People’.

Kari Leppänen, D. Tech., is the CEO and founder of Koherent.
Koherent is the provider of the most accurate radio positioning technology in the world.
Before focusing fully on Koherent in 2020, he used to work in the field of radio astronomy at Aalto University, National Radio Astronomy Observatory (U.S.) and Joint Institute of VLBI in Europe (the Netherlands) as well as in wireless communication at Nokia, Huawei and University of Oulu (Professor of Practice in 6G Flagship Programme).
