  • Mikkel Bülow-Lehnsby is Co-Founder & Executive Chair at Urban Partners.

    Mikkel is Executive Chairperson of Urban Partners, shaping strategy to build green, thriving cities.   • Rasmus Juul-Nyholm is Co-founder of Home.Earth and Chair of PropTech Denmark.

    Rasmus Juul-Nyholm is a seasoned entrepreneur and manager operating at the nexus of real estate, technology, and sustainability. He co-founded Home.Earth, a Copenhagen based real impact estate company.

    Prior to this, he established Cobblestone, a leading Danish property management firm, and co-founded PropTech Denmark, where he serves as Chairman of the Board.

    Rasmus is also a board member of EjendomDanmark and an active investor in multiple PropTech startups.

  • Sebastian Peck is Partner at KOMPAS VC.

    KOMPAS VC is an early-stage VC firm backing technology solutions that accelerate innovation in the manufacturing industry and built environment.

    Sebastian started his career at the Boston Consulting Group before joining the TMT advisory team of UBS Investment Bank. In 2010, he co-founded Digital Science, a leading UK-based data analytics provider for scientific institutions, successfully building a business from the ground up. Following his exit, Sebastian was appointed Managing Director of InMotion Ventures, Jaguar Land Rover’s venture capital arm, which he led for five years before launching KOMPAS VC.

    Sebastian holds an MA in History from the University of Cambridge, an MSc with Distinction in Philosophy and Public Policy from the London School of Economics, and an MBA from London Business School.

  • Ana Andonovska is angel investor, founder and MD at Even Founders.

    Ana has strong interest in increasing diversity in the startup ecosystem through tangible solutions and advocacy work.

    Ana has experience both as a founder, VC investor, as well as a venture builder as part of large corporates.

    She is a Forbes under 30 alumn, and teaches both at CBS and the Royal Danish Academy.

  • Torsten Kuttig is Director Hotel Development at ParkProperty Europe GmbH & Co. KG.

    Originally trained as an urban planner at TU Dortmund, Torsten Kuttig built a nearly 35-year career in commercial real estate development, holding senior leadership roles across major real estate companies - including almost 25 years with ECE Group in Hamburg. For more than a decade to date, his primary focus has been on developing innovative hotel concepts in major European cities, including the Ruby Hotels in Rome as well as in Copenhagen/Frederiksberg, the latter currently under construction.

  • Åsne Ådlan-Dale is an industrial designer and sustainability-driven business developer focused on building companies fit for the future.

    She works at the intersection of design, strategy, and circular thinking, aiming to find smarter and more responsible ways to create value. With an Executive Master in Management from the Norwegian Business School (BI), she combines creative problem-solving with business insight to drive sustainable innovation and long-term growth.

  • Kraen Nielsen is former CTO and CEO of Coop Denmark with a background from McKinsey & Company, and today works as board chair and advisor to technology scale-ups. He is Executive Advisor to RELEX Solutions, one of the largest AI software companies in the Nordics, and is an active AI investor and venture builder focused on applied AI and technology-driven transformation.

  • Brian works as an Expert in Biodiversity at the European Environment Agency.

    With over two decades of experience, Brian has dedicated his career to conservation policy at the Irish, European, and Global levels.

    Brian has extensive experience in EU and Global Biodiversity policy, on protected areas, and on the value of biodiversity to society.

    Brian has worked with 200 national and international stakeholders, from governments to NGOs to the EU and UN.

  • Lisa Lund Holst is Executive Director at KAB.

    She has extensive experience from the financial sector and from board positions, particularly within risk management, governance, digitalisation, the green transition and large-scale transformations – always with a focus on robustness, delivery and sound business judgement.

  • Eetu Ristaniemi is CEO and co-founder at Spacent – Nordic PropTech Awards winner 2026

  • Henrik Dahl is CEO of PKA Ejendomme.

  • Sarah Høyer is COO of DroneTjek and part of the development of the AssetEye Platform, a data-driven property management solution.

    She works with operational strategy, organizational scaling, data and AI architecture, and digital infrastructure development.

    Sarah aims to challenge fragmented standards in property inspections and data integrity by building structured digital frameworks that move property decisions from reactive maintenance to predictive, data-driven asset management.


  • Mikkel Schrøder is Director of Climate Action Planning & Head of C40 Copenhagen.

    C40 Cities is a global network of nearly 100 mayors committed to tackling the urban climate crisis. Mikkel leads the strategic support for all member cities as they develop and execute science-based climate action plans and implement strategies across critical sectors of urban development.

  • Søren Secher is General Manager of OBOS Living Lab in Oslo – a real-life lab and test arena for future housing solutions.

    OBOS Living Lab explores smart technologies, new housing concepts, and sustainable materials together with residents and partners, applying insights directly to OBOS developments and sharing them with the industry. Since joining OBOS in 2021, Søren has focused on making housing more sustainable, affordable, and adaptable.

  • Bryony Cooper is a Berlin-based VC with 17 years immersed in the startup ecosystem. She has founded, mentored, accelerated and invested in startups internationally, now focused on tech that's upgrading the physical world at PT1.

  • Rebecka Blomqvist is an architect and Chairperson of the Board for Architects Without Borders.

    Her work focuses on public and community buildings, supporting sustainable societal development through social responsibility and green construction.

  • Lone Feifer is Director for Sustainable Buildings at the VELUX Group, where she is leading long‑term initiatives to create healthy, sustainable and affordable housing.

    Architect by background, postgraduate degree in Energy & Green Architecture, executive Boards and studying Sustainability and Business at IMD.

    Lone also serves as impact expert on Danish Innovation Fund Grand Solutions Greentech Committee and on the advisory board of DTU Sustain.

  • Nabil Chaykh is a technology executive and entrepreneur with over two decades of experience across enterprise software, engineering, and construction tech. Real-Time LCA - Business Unit Director, NTI Group

    A seasoned board member and company builder, he applies both commercial sharpness and a philosophical lens to the big questions facing real estate and technology today — from sustainability to digital transformation. His belief that business should create lasting value for people and planet runs through everything he does.

  • Jakob Nielsen is co-founder of Plinto, an AI platform for continuous financial controlling across real estate and other asset-heavy industries.

    He works at the intersection of finance, ERP systems, and AI, helping companies uncover margin leakage, improve working capital, and strengthen control across contracts, orders, and invoices without changing their existing setup. His focus is on enabling more proactive, data-driven finance functions.

  • Florian Sallaba is CEO of Green Urbansights.

    With 20+ years of experience in remote sensing and geospatial analysis, he holds a PhD in Science from Lund University, Sweden. Florian combines scientific expertise with commercial and R&D leadership. His vision is to turn satellite data into urban well-being—street by street. He creates value by helping cities and real estate owners adapt to climate change through AI-driven green infrastructure planning, reduced heat risk, and energy savings.
