These Terms and Conditions apply when a person registers for PropTech Symposium ("the Customer") organised by PropTech Denmark ("the Organiser").

By registering for PropTech Symposium, the Customer confirms that he or she has read, understood, and agrees to these Terms and Conditions, and that he or she is familiar with and accepts the Organiser's Privacy Policy.

1. Event Location and Program

Due to unforeseen circumstances the Organiser may be forced to move the event to a different location. The Organiser reserves the right to do so until the day of the event.

The Organiser reserves the right to make changes to the PropTech Symposium program until the day of the event.

2. Payment and Discount Terms

Employees of member companies of PropTech Denmark are entitled to a reduced ticket price through purchasing a Member Ticket. All other participants must purchase a Non-Member Ticket. The Organiser reserves the right to charge the difference or cancel any tickets incorrectly purchased at the Member Ticket price.

Costs for participation can be covered by card payment or invoice. If you choose to pay via invoice, the Organiser may charge a transaction fee. The Customer will be invoiced prior to the event. To participate, any outstanding invoices must be fully paid.

Discount codes must be entered at check-out and cannot be added to previous purchases. Discounts cannot be stacked meaning that only one discount code may be used per ticket purchase.

3. Cancellation Policy

Registration for PropTech Symposium is binding when the Customer receives an email confirmation of the registration. In other words, tickets for PropTech Symposium are non-refundable.

However, the Customer may transfer their ticket to another person, provided the Organiser is notified of this via the below contact details at the latest 4 days before the PropTech Symposium takes place.

4. Notice of Filming and Photography

During the PropTech Symposium the Organiser may take videos and photos. By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, the Customer agrees to the storage and use of visuals from the event for marketing and communications purposes. The images will be situational and professional. Please refer to the Organiser's Privacy Policy for more information on how we handle this information.

Should you wish to opt out of having your photo taken, please inform the PropTech Denmark staff at the registration desk on the day of the event.

5. Participant List

To facilitate networking during the PropTech Symposium, the Organiser will share the names, title, company and LinkedIn URL (if available) of all participants with other attendees before the event. If you do not wish for your information to be shared, please contact the Organiser at the email address below at least 14 days before the PropTech Symposium.

We may also use your name, title, company and LinkedIn URL for a participant list to be distributed to the event participants in line with GDPR regulations.

6. Force Majeure

The Organiser is entitled to cancel the PropTech Symposium if its execution is affected by strike, lockout, fire, natural disaster, war, or other circumstances beyond the Organiser’s influence without, the Organiser may cancel the order confirmation without incurring any liability for damages as a result thereof. The Organiser is also entitled to cancel the PropTech Symposium if, due to any and all of such circumstances, the Organiser assesses that holding the PropTech Symposium could pose a risk to human life or health.

The Organiser will endeavour to refund you if possible, but cannot guarantee this, as it depends on the severity and impact of any Force Majeure, including any future instances of society-wide lockdowns such as those during COVID-19.
